💳 Credit Repair FAQ

Q: Can I start now?
A: Yes, of course! Please review the different options provided and let’s goooo!

Q: What is your refund policy?
A: A full refund will be issued if no deletions are made from your credit report within 90 days of your full payment.

Q: What’s included in credit repair?
A: The removal of negative accounts listed on your consumer credit report, including:

  • Bankruptcies

  • Foreclosures

  • Closed accounts

  • Charge-offs

  • Collection accounts

  • Repossessions

  • Student loans

  • Hard inquiries

Q: What happens if I miss a payment?
A: Payments must be made by each scheduled due date. If something comes up, please contact me right away.
If you don’t reach out, your account may be canceled. If a new month begins and the previous month’s payment hasn’t been made, you’ll be required to restart the process.

Q: Can I get a refund if nothing comes off my credit report?
A: Yes! I offer refunds on initial payments if, after 90 days of signing up, nothing is removed from your report and your payments are up to date.

Q: How long after I sign up will I see results?
A: Honestly, it varies for everyone. No one in the credit repair industry can guarantee specific results or timelines. However, I promise to fight hard to get those negative accounts removed.
You should dedicate at least six months to credit repair, though many clients begin seeing results within 30–45 days.

Q: Will you help me build my credit after negative accounts are removed?
A: Absolutely! I’ll help you find effective ways to raise and maintain your FICO score. I also provide credit builder tools and can offer discounted tradelines to help rebuild positive credit and strengthen your profile.

Q: What can I use to monitor my credit during the process?
A: You can use any of the following credit monitoring services:

  • CreditCheckTotal

  • SmartCredit

  • IdentityIQ

  • TransUnion

  • Equifax

  • Experian

Q: It’s been 30 days and I haven’t received anything in the mail. What should I do?
A: The credit bureaus have 30 days from the day they receive my dispute letters to respond—not from the day you sign up.
Start counting about 5–6 days after you receive my email confirming your dispute letters have been completed and mailed
